We will protect the area surrounding your fireplace before the work begins, and we will completely clean up after ourselves once the job is done. We will explain the work we do for you. When we're done you'll be happy – if you're not happy, we're not done! If there is an issue with the job we do, we will return and re-do the work for no charge.
